I went to get my brakes changed as they were grinding and a mechanic 6 months ago told me I’d need new brakes soon. Pep boys has a big sale, like $150 off per axle and it was the last day. I was told by the mechanic that I needed an adjustment and cleaning which didn’t make much sense to me but it was $30 so I thought I lucked out. My brakes are still grinding a few weeks later. Went to a different shop to get my oil changed and they tell me my front brake pads desperately need to be changed. So either these guys got it wrong, or they didn’t wanna give me the discount and lied to make me come back after the sale was over, putting me and others at risk. Either way I will never go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

Got an oil change and the car was making a knocking sound afterward (that was not there before the car was dropped off). Oil light then came back on as if no oil was put into the vehicle. No one could tell me what happened, I did not receive ANY information about the vehicle, and they acted as if it was only 1 quart short of oil but it was my fault! Would NOT recommend, as communication and accountability is not something they are big on. Everyone is just blaming the next person and no one can tell me what happened with my daughter’s car. Taking car to dealership to see if legal is the next step

Very friendly and accommodating, I needed my tires installed asap and Corey was able to fit me in at the last hour with an amazing price!! Layla was did an amazing job getting it done and was thorough in providing a vehicle inspection. I will be back!! Thanks Pep Boys Team!!

My father and I came in and were greeted by Corey. He was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. I had my tire changed, and the entire experience was smooth and welcoming. The environment was great, and Corey went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He deserves a raise.

Another great experience! I walked in just before closing and was able to make an appointment for the next day to get an oil change. Cory, the service advisor, made an appointment that fit my schedule. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I arrived the next day and was greeted by both service advisors at the desk, Cory took my keys and work was about to begin shortly.The service advisor kept me informed of the progress and before long the oil change was completed and I was soon leaving. Thanks for a great day.
